OK, so was this recipe idea correct? I was sent it from feedwhip - the purveyor of molecular cuisine and whipped cream chargers - I though I'd give it a go this weekend as they were so very, very generous in sending it over!!!

Cream Chargers and Voodoo Knife Blocks

So it would seem that all my favourite gift ideas could be wrapped up together with a single trip to the shops - except it might not even need a trip to the shops as they can be gotten online - here - voodoo knife blocks and cream chargers for the kitchen extravaganza - I'd love to hold out for the isi thermowhip but then again I'm not feeling too flash and I have found a store that can do both for me.

I wouldn't even like to guess at the number of cream chargers needed to power up this baby! I was there and I was in the thick of it. And it's every bit as slimy as you'd expect it to be - we all needed to generate some extra sweat to clean this one out - entertainment provided by www.creamchargers.eu - and did they or did they not do a fine job of it all?

so can you recreate that espuma whipped cream experience without a huge box of bulk chargers? This little video will show you how to recreate the whole thing in the comfort of your own kitchen - except you will need to clean up after yourselves - has that put you off?

Voodoo Knife Block

Is this taking Voodoo as a fashion even further - or perhaps even too far.

The voodoo knife block is a kitchen knife holder with the added power of voodoo. It sort of ignores the fact that voodoo is a religion. How would anyone feel if there was a Christian?Jewish?Muslim knife block?

How quirky and slightly odd is this voodoo fashion hat? Is it sort of messing with somebodies religion a little bit?

Of course it is well worth noting that it is just a bit plain odd isn't it? Even if it isn't going to actually perform any voodoo magic.

Mid you ... it must be held in place by a pin of some sort, so maybe it is active after all. 

Getting Cold

The first cold winds of winter are blowing over here and they seem to be blowing right down my neck!!! I know this silky little number is not going to really, really keep out those chills but I also find the soft tickle of silk against my skin an irresistible sensation. So it look as though I'm going to be suffering from colds all for the sake of my need for soft fabrics against my skin!!

Napshell Bed

Is there a better bed than this on I saw on TV? The napshell bed is so very, very mork and mindy - nanoo nanoo. I think then I was watching it on tv, then his bed was an egg - not far off the Napshell bed. This has built in features such as a television in the foot of the bed - that is if such a cool bed design could be considered to have anything quite as budget as a 'foot' or even a headboard. It's all unique custom styling with this one. Althouhg it is worth noting that it only comes in the dull single variety so it's really for serious bedroom sleepers not for those who love to get up to abit more in their beds!!!
