OK, so was this recipe idea correct? I was sent it from feedwhip - the purveyor of molecular cuisine and whipped cream chargers - I though I'd give it a go this weekend as they were so very, very generous in sending it over!!!
The secret is based upon the idea of vodka infused whipped cream - only this one uses an exotic spirit and not the usual vodak - hence the blue whipped cream, and blue strawberries - NOT Blue Bessie.
