Feedwhip - pimm's o'clock cream chargers

It's Pimms o'clock - at least according to Feedwhip it is ... they just sent me a recipe for a pimms inspired No.1 cocktail cram frothy....

All I can say is that as I send this message I'm suffering from the excess - and I doubt very much that it is due to the cucumber or the strawberry - or even the nitrous from the cream chargers - it is a pleasant, warming feeling and I'm happy!!!!

and if that wasn't enough there was this recipe for m pudding!!! What more can I say?????

Chocolate and banana dessert with whipped cream
This is the type of dessert easy to prepare and hard to forget. Your kids will love it, your spouse will love it and all your friends will immediately request to prepare it each time you will invite them to your home.
It can be prepared very fast and the most important ingredient of success is to serve it very cold.

Ingredients
1 dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

The chocolate should be melted in the pan at moderate temperature for a couple of minutes. Add the sugar and vanilla and continue with the mashed banana. When the mixture is cold put it in the freezer for around 40 minutes.
To be served fresh.

Notes
Serve garnished with swirls of cream and grated chocolate.
For producing the mashed bananas you will need around 2 medium-sized fruits.
If you love the spicy tastes, add some cinnamon to the whipped cream dispenser.
Instead of dark chocolate you can also use the white version. In case that you love both types of chocolate, you can mix the dark and white chocolate.
As garnishing ideas, you can add some pistachio, desiccated coconut or even some almond powder.
Instead of banana puree, you can use peach or apricots or even the classical apple puree. For more sweetness, you can use one tablespoon of honey.
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 7 minutes
Yield 3 glasses
